Return Warranty and Product Exchange Policy

1. Money-back guarantee (2 weeks).

For products bought directly from www.shishascience.com a money-back guarantee is applicable. If for any reason you are not happy with the product, please notify us by email (support@shishascience.com) or call 00357-99912791 not later than 2 weeks from the day of purchase or from the day the product was delivered to you, whichever comes later. We will give instructions on how to return the product. The buyer is responsible for shipping the product back to us and paying the return shipping costs. A trackable shipping service must be used.

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). For example, if an item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.

2. Exchanged of defective or damaged parts.

Before packing your order, all items are checked and photographed. In the rare event that an item bought from Shisha Science is defecting or damaged, we will replace the product or defective parts free of charge. Please notify us by email (support@shishascience.com) not later than 7 days from the day of purchase or from the day the product was delivered to you, whichever comes later. We will give instructions on how to return the defective product or parts. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Regarding products with wooden parts, it is normal to have variations in the wood appearance, texture or paint. Those cannot be regarded as defects and are not eligible for free product replacement.
